Postgraduate studies

Hello, today Im going to talk about postgraduate studies and what I want to my future.
I would like to study after my career, some kind of specialization related to sustainability or urbanism and if is possible, both, because I like the planning. I dream with cities with a lot of trees and parks, a better place to live and learn.

I like city planning, it is a necessary tool if one aspires to create the best places for human development and I hope to do every day, because our enviroment needs a good urban planification.
I would like to specialize in Concepción (south). 

Concepción its my hometown and my favourite city of Chile, I lived specifically in Talcahuano, if I study there I will be able to learn more about the territory from my home and it will be easier to improve understanding the territorial dynamics in a better way.

I suppose I would like to study in a university, if I did, I would choose the University of Concepción, I think it is a great and beautiful campus and academically very good. I consider it a pleasant city to live. You have sea, lagoons, beach, hills, forests and rivers just around the corner.


I hope to be able to change in some aspect the Chilean urban space, starting from the local work at regional level to be able to form novel ideas of how to live the territory.

The best Holidays ever

Today im going to talk about my best vacation. In the year 2016 I realize with two other friends a visit to Montevideo, the capital of Uruguay. It was an amazing journey and we travel a lot inside Uruguay, a lovely and beautiful country. At the beginning we stayed in the apartment of a Chilean-uruguayan friend of us, and then we travel by the coast from Montevideo to Santa Teresa, near to the frontier with Brazil. In that vacation, I and my two friends know the entire coast of Uruguay, and we rode a lot on bycicle. We played a lot of volleyball and learn some Uruguayan board games, we also make a lot of hitch-hike in the highway to make the travel cheaper, but it didn’t work, no one stop, except for a family with a huge van. It was one of my best vacations because I went with my friends to the adventure, and it was the first time that I went to a foreign land, and that creates a real adventure atmosphere.

My future job

Today im going to talk about my future job… I really don’t know what im going to do in the future, I study Geagraphy but im not sure if I want to be a Geographer, I don’t like the conventional jobs, I want to help people and our enviroment, and for that im learning about many things in my discipline. I don’t like the ofice work, if it is possible I want to travel a lot around the world, but I want to have time for my own too. I want to have money to change things, but im affraid that the money change me and my attitudes. It’s difficult, but as Don Ramón once said, “the worst is not the job, the worst is have to work”. I want to work in another city, Im from Concepción (Talcahuano) and I want to return, I hate Santiago and my ideal job is outside of this contaminated hole-city, I love the south too, I need a wet place to live, and I miss the sea a lot. I love the plants and my home, I want to regenerate the forest in my región of origin!

A country i'd like to visit

Hello! Today I will talk about a country i'd like to visit. Ecuador is a destination that I want to know, a journey that I would like very much to realize. A long time ago, since I was little, I am obsessed with the idea of visiting the Galápagos Islands in Ecuador. The Galápagos Islands possess one of the greatest endemisms in the world, where each island has its own species. Galápagos is one of the parts of the world that has greater ecological value and that’s why I would love to visit the islands. On the trip to Galápagos I would love to swim with sharks and know the ecosystems that are on the island, I want to go to see fantastic landscapes and animals, I think it is a journey that is very worthwhile. I would like to go with my girlfriend or my friends or… why not, both of them! Trips to Galápagos are usually expensive because it is a famous tourist destination, the last time I quoted an option, the trip cost $600.000 (pesos), but with a cruise trip and tour included!
